Privacy policy
How Seedrise Pty Ltd handles personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Draft for review. This document is the current version of our standard terms and will be finalised with legal review before your agreement is signed. The agreement you sign takes precedence over this page.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, work email, company, phone) when you request a rate card or support. Account and key details. Request metadata when you use the Service: model, token counts, timestamps, status, key ID, request ID and client IP for security. Billing records.
What we do not collect
We do not store the content of prompts or model outputs. They pass through the gateway and are not written to disk or logs. We do not use your data to train models.
Why we collect it
To open and run your account, bill you, secure the Service, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and tell you about changes to the Service. We do not sell personal information.
Overseas disclosure
To deliver the Service we use cloud infrastructure and model providers in Australia, Japan, the United States, Singapore and Europe, as described on the security page. We take reasonable steps so that overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).
Retention
Contact and billing records are kept for the life of the account and the period required by Australian tax and corporate law, then deleted or de-identified. Request metadata is kept for the same period for billing and audit.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to named staff and logged, and keys are stored hashed. See the security page.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email privacy@seedrise.ai; we respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact privacy@seedrise.ai first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Cookies
The website uses no third-party tracking. It stores your language and theme preference in your browser only.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date and version, and notify account contacts of material changes.
